Our logo was first embraced by our first Director Late Dr. D.L. Deshpandey.

It contains delegate images from three significant branches of engineering, which were initially established and started at BIT, Sindri. The bridge at the top of the logo represents Civil engineering. The left part of the logo is adorned by the symbol of Electrical Engineering, electrical power. The Mechanical engineering branch is represented by the gears on the right side of the logo. These representative symbols are an inborn piece of all other branches of engineering.

The Diya emitting a warm, bright glow represents enlightenment, prosperity, knowledge, and wisdom.

According to the inscription of the logo, “Niyatam Kuru Karma Tvam” (Bhagwat Geeta). It means to perform your prescribed duty since the action is superior to inaction.
