The Alumni association of BIT Sindri is known as BITSAA ( BIT Sindri Alumni Association).

One of the best Alumni networks in the country is available to the students at BIT Sindri, established in 1949, with the honor of being among the best in the country. We have one of the strongest Alumni bases in the country. The golden period when we held an Alumni meet at BIT where our Alumni were delighted to join us speaks a lot of its charm, potential, glory, and excellence. The high level of technical education and research that BIT Sindri has contributed to is well known.
